Maintaining and evolving the cluster management API while contributing to the modernization of the technical stack. Led and supported migrations toward more performant and sustainable technologies, and designed monitoring solutions to proactively track customer actions and improve support efficiency. Regularly tested and validated features in virtualized environments, implemented automated reinstallation tests under real customer conditions, and maintained clear technical documentation for internal teams. Also contributed to the evolution of OVHcloud, Soyoustart and Kimsufi managers.

Designed and maintained internal tools, and developed custom solutions tailored to client needs. Managed and secured dedicated servers, including system hardening, performance optimizations, and scripting. Regularly analyzed system logs, source code, and running services — including blind service analysis — to identify vulnerabilities and implement security fixes. Defined and deployed client data backup strategies as well as incident recovery and disaster recovery plans. Also produced internal reports (incidents, statistics) and provided technical support to both internal teams and customers.

Worked as a web developer at MesOpinions, contributing to the design and integration of new features within an Agile workflow. Took part in identifying product needs and planning development sprints throughout the year. Also focused on application and user security, implementing protections against common web vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, XSS, and other attack vectors to ensure the reliability and safety of the platform.

Started as an intern and continued as a fixed-term contract developer from July 2018. Worked on the modernization of an existing ticket-based support tool, including refactoring database access using PDO, performing major database changes, and designing a new data schema. Improved the user experience through interface customization and performance optimizations, resulting in significantly faster load times and higher database cache usage. Developed internal tools to automate operational tasks and created data ingestion utilities to register equipment into a proprietary SQL Server database from XLS and CSV files.
